Ladies only group training
Small personal training group for all levels. Combines the exclusivity of personal training with the motivation from peer group members. Expect a fun energetic environment where everyone is ready to sweat. Focused on core strength training to sculpt the abs, obliques and lower back. Offers a mixture of high intensity, circuit training and tons of cardio. This class is for all levels and is guaranteed to leave you feeling accomplished!
Youth Sports Performance Strength and Conditioning Class
Every Tuesday at 3:30pm come join a group of athletes to train. This class focuses on covering all sports and we create specific training programs according to the young athletes postural analysis. All classes fo over proper nutrition, hydration, recovery post games/matches and proper stretch programs to avoid injury. $60 a month or $20 a session.
